Teams traveling to US Youth Soccer (USYS) sanctioned tournaments and events outside of South Texas must submit an Travel request through GotSport prior to traveling / participating.
 

HOW TO SUBMIT AS A COACH OR TEAM MANAGER

1. Log into GotSport
2. Click Dashboard
3. Click "FORMS"
4. Select "Permission to Travel Form" and fill out as below:
   Full Team Name, Tournament/Showcase (Name, Dates, & State) & if any Guest Players (Including Club Pass Players)
5. Full Player Names & ID #'s are required for any *Guest Players
   *Guest Players must be registered to current STX Youth Soccer Team for eligibility
   STX Youth Soccer cannot approve a team's travel with Guest Players not registered with STX or that are registered to another youth soccer organization (US Club, USSSA, AYSO etc.).
6. Once approved (or denied) a notification email from GotSport will be sent to the submitter
7. The Permission to Travel Form will now be able to view/download by selecting the (...) to the right of the submitters form request
